Booking & Reservation
You can book online via the website, by email, or by phone. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. Provide your flight details, resort destination, and passenger count when enquiring.
We recommend booking as early as possible — at least 48 hours ahead. For peak periods (Christmas, New Year, school holidays), bookings made weeks in advance are common. Last-minute transfers may be available subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Yes — and we recommend it. Booking your return at the same time secures your vehicle for departure day and often attracts a better combined rate. Simply provide your departure flight details and preferred pick-up time from your resort.
We’ll need your flight number and arrival time, resort or destination address, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and a contact number or email. If you have special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, extra luggage), please mention these at the time of booking.
Service & Vehicles
We offer private airport transfers, resort-to-resort transfers, day tours, wedding transfers, and corporate transport across Fiji. All transfers are private — no shared shuttles or strangers in your vehicle.
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, minivans, small coaches and larger coaches for groups and charters. All vehicles are air-conditioned, clean, and regularly maintained. The right vehicle is matched to your group size and luggage requirements.
Yes. All drivers hold valid Fiji commercial licenses, are fully insured, and are highly experienced with tourist and resort routes across the islands. They are punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about Fiji. Our drivers also go through service excellence OHS and first aid training.
Yes. We cover all major resort corridors including Nadi, Denarau Island, the Coral Coast, Pacific Harbour, Suva, Sigatoka, and port drop-offs for cruise guests. Contact us for routes not listed on the website.
Pricing and Payment

We accept Fijian dollars (FJD) and major foreign currencies including AUD, NZD, and USD. Payment can be made in cash on arrival or via bank transfer. Credit card options may be available — please confirm at booking.
Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of service will attract 100% cancellation fee of the total booking value. In cases where a service is cancelled through no fault of a guest as a consequence of a third party error or airline problem, then charge may be waived. Bookings cancelled outside of 24 hrs will be fully refunded less a non-refundable credit card processing fee.
